Our Henderson Heroes are fantastic graduates who continue to give back to the school long after they have left. Blaze is now in his third year at AUT studying a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation, majoring in Sports Management and is one of our heroes. Alongside his full-time study, we have been very fortunate to have him on our basketball coaching team since he left school. This year Blaze has returned to us on work placement and is working with our sports co-ordinator Mr Tiller.
Blaze has been an immense support for our sports students and an inspiration for those wishing to pursue a career in the sporting industry. Thanks Blaze for your whanaungatanga, it is great having you with us!
