Deputy Principal Mr Clapham’s Year 12 Trades and Construction class is hard at work! Right now, they’re putting finishing touches on their personalised folding tables. Term one focuses on learning essential workshop safety and tool skills for their Level 2 NCEA. There is much more in store for these students but one project close to our hearts is supporting our local pre-schools; Te Ngakau Mahana Kohanga Reo and Barnados Early Learning. Students will be modelling our school value of whanaungtanga by constructing indoor playhouses for use by their pre-school ākonga.
