Our budding Engineers have shown off their impressive skills at the EPro8 inter-school competitions, with three HHS teams qualifying for the semi-finals of the prestigious EPro8 Auckland championships.
Emily, Alexander, Leila and Zak finished second in their heat to qualify for the senior semi-finals. In the Junior Competition, Himeto, Jayden, Earvin and Triston finished third in their heat to qualify, and Erika, Blake, Carter and Milly won their heat to secure their place in the semi-finals.
Between now and the semifinals, these students will be practising construction, electronics, mathematics and testing solutions. They all know they will be up against top Auckland teams and they want to be prepared!
