Principal Ros Robertson was very pleased to accompany students at the Henderson RSA ANZAC day parade last week. Thank you Jsue and Erica for representing HHS and for honouring those who have fought in times past by laying a wreath at the ceremony.
We are also pleased to share with you Board member Rāwiri Auty’s personal meaningful connection to ANZAC day and the Māori Battalion, whose motto was “Ake! Ake! Kia kaha e!” (Upwards, upwards! Be strong!)
