Students swapped the classroom for the great outdoors when our Level One Physical Education class spent a fantastic day exploring Lake Wainamu at Te Henga . The 7km tramp was enjoyable as well as educational with the students required to demonstrate appropriate communication, compliance with instructions and assisting and supporting others in an outdoor setting.
