It was fantastic to see our new Year 9 students and their families as they were warmly welcomed to the Henderson High School community with a powhiri on Thursday morning.
Our Year 13 Peer Mentors were on hand to show our new students around and answer any questions they might have as they begin their high school journey. They did a great job and managed to calm the nerves of our junior students.
We are sure our Year 9’s will settle in well and have a fun and challenging year.
