Henderson High School has had the pleasure this week of experiencing the Art Roadshow. This traveling art exhibition has been parked at our campus, providing our students with a unique opportunity to see art works up close and appreciate the scale and effort of the pieces.
Art student Maddy said it was “inspiring to see the fluidity of the concept of art, and the ties between what we’re taught in class and what passes for art out in the real world.” She says she really appreciated hearing the stories behind the art, and learning about photography techniques like the pinhole camera.
